What's the difference between the three tiers
All three include daily check-ins and a full QA report. The only difference is tester count 2-5, 12, or 20 based on what stage your app is at.
What happens if a tester drops out partway through?
I replace them right away. Google resets the 14-day clock if a tester goes inactive, so I check the group every day and swap anyone who drops before that becomes a problem.
What devices are the testers using?
Real Android and iOS phones and tablets. No emulators, no bot accounts. Every tester is a real person actively using your app or site during the window
