1. Which package is right for me?
Choose Basic if you need a clean, customised project to get started. Choose Standard if you want the project plus a live Zoom demo with Q&A. Choose Premium if you want a project built around one of your goals, with a full dashboard, templates, task rules, and demo.
2. What is the difference between a 'project' and a 'goal-aligned build'?
A project is a single workspace in Asana, customised to your needs. A goal-aligned build includes the project plus added structure to help you track progress against a specific company or team goal — with reporting widgets, templates, and automation built in.
3. Is the Zoom session recorded?
A 30-minute live demo is included in the Standard and Premium packages. A copy of the recording is included in Premium, or can be purchased as an extra with Basic or Standard.
4. Can I request changes after the build is delivered?
Yes, one revision is included with each package. Revisions must relate to the original scope of work and be requested within 5 days of delivery.
5. Do I need to give you access to my Asana account?
Yes. For build work, I require access to an Asana user account with admin permissions. You can assign admin rights to an existing account or create a new one for this purpose. Full setup instructions will be provided. You are free to remove access after the project is complete.
6. Can you build this into an existing workflow I already have?
Absolutely. If you already use Asana, I can design around what exists, or recommend a cleaner structure if your current system is slowing you down.
7. Can I speak with you before placing an order?
