Before finalizing the schematic, I verify live stock on LSCPCB, DigiKey, or Mouser. I pick active, in-stock parts and select pin-compatible drop-in alternatives for critical ICs.
Will I get 3D files to test the fit in my custom enclosure?
Yes. I generate a 3D STEP file of the populated board with accurate component heights and connector positions so you can import it into SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
What happens if the board fab house flagged a DFM or DRC error?
If JLCPCB, PCBWay, or your chosen manufacturer flags any design rules or clearance issues during review, I will modify the layout and update the Gerber files free of charge.
