Which platforms can you connect?
I connect AppFolio, CoConstruct, JobTread, kvCORE, Fieldwire, Houzz Pro, and Knowify using Make. If your tool isn’t listed, message me and I’ll confirm whether it can be integrated.
What access do you need to get started?
I need admin or API-level access to your tools and a Make account (yours or a new one). I’ll also ask for a short description of what you want automated and what should trigger it.
Do I need a paid Make account?
Make has a free plan that works for light automations. Higher volumes or more complex scenarios may need a paid plan. I’ll tell you which one fits before I start building.
Will my existing data be affected?
No. I test every scenario on sample data first and back up your records before any import or cleanup. Nothing goes live until you’ve reviewed and approved it.
What happens if an automation fails after delivery?
Each scenario includes error handling and failure alerts, so you’re notified right away. I also provide documentation and a walkthrough video, and I’m available for fixes during the support window.
