About this Gig
Your Story Deserves More Than Just Words on a Page
You've got the spark, a concept that won't leave you alone. But a great idea and a great screenplay are two very different things. That's where I come in.
I build screenplays from scratch: feature films, shorts, and TV pilots that don't just sit on a shelf. Every script I write is structured to survive the real world, contests, coverage readers, and yes, actual producers' desks.
What I bring to your project:
- Full development, not just typing. I dig into your concept, sharpen the structure, and build characters with real weight and purpose.
- Proper industry format. Sluglines, action blocks, Courier 12pt, US Letter, done right, no shortcuts.
- Alignment before the first draft. I deliver a treatment or outline upfront so we're locked in before I write a single scene.
- Collaborative refinement. Feedback loops and edits as we go, not after it's "too late."
- Genre-agnostic storytelling. Drama, thriller, sci-fi, crime, faith-based, if the story matters to you, it matters to me.
- Deadlines kept. Every single time.
I don't transcribe your idea. I architect it, so it works on the page, holds up under scrutiny, and earns its place in a room.

FAQ
Do I need to have a fully developed idea, or can you help me figure it out?
Not at all. Some clients come with a single sentence or a "what if" question. Others have characters, a world, or an ending in mind but no clear path. Either way, I work with you to shape the raw material into a structured, producible story before writing a single page.
What happens if I don't like the direction of the first draft?
Revisions are built into the process. We align on a treatment or outline first to avoid surprises, but if the draft doesn't land where you hoped, we'll identify what's off and fix it. My goal is a script you're proud to stand behind, not just one I deliver and walk away from.
Do you handle adaptations from books, true stories, or other existing material?
Yes. I've adapted novels, memoirs, and real-life events into screenplay format. This involves more than cutting and pasting, it's about finding the cinematic spine of the story, compressing timelines, and building scenes that work visually.
