Build consistent quotes with a custom Google Sheets calculator designed around your business rules.
My approach comes from developing pricing and cost tools for my own detailing and vehicle-logistics businesses. I can organise editable rates, labour, materials, mileage, add-ons and contribution checks into an easy-to-use workbook.
BASIC: 1 model, up to 2 tabs, 8 inputs and 5 calculation rules.
STANDARD: Up to 4 tabs, 15 inputs and 10 rules, with a rates table, cost breakdown and manual quote log.
PREMIUM: Up to 6 tabs, 20 inputs and 10 rules, plus a quote-log summary and copy-ready quote text.
All packages include tested formulas, an editable workbook and written instructions. Formula counts refer to distinct calculation rules, not copied cells. Tab limits include the guide. One currency; up to 5,000 log rows.
You provide and approve your rates, costs and pricing rules. This is a calculation tool, not accounting or tax advice. Scripts, buttons, auto-email, route lookup and external integrations are excluded.

FAQ
Will the calculator send emails or save quotes automatically?
No. These packages use spreadsheet formulas. Quote-log entries are manual, and Premium provides text you can copy into an email. Scripted buttons, automatic emails and external integrations are not included.
Can I change my prices and costs later?
Yes. Agreed rates and assumptions will be editable, with instructions. You supply and approve those figures. Revisions cover the agreed scope; new pricing models or workflows need a separate quote.
