I will clean a small Excel or CSV table using rules we agree on before processing.
This service includes trimming unwanted spaces, standardizing agreed date and number formats, removing fully identical records when authorized, and identifying missing or conflicting values.
You receive a cleaned XLSX, a CSV copy, an exception list and a row-by-row audit. IDs are kept as text. Ambiguous dates, missing information and conflicting IDs are flagged for your decision instead of guessed.
The basic package covers one plain-data CSV or single-sheet XLSX, up to 100 data rows (one row per item), 10 columns and 5 MB. One revision within the agreed scope is included. Please contact me before ordering if your file contains formulas, macros, multiple sheets, sensitive information or requirements outside this scope.
I use local rule-based tools. AI may assist with scripting using synthetic examples; your source files are not uploaded to an AI service without your explicit authorization. I remain responsible for checking the delivery.

Will you invent missing information?
No. Missing and ambiguous values are listed for your decision.
How do you remove duplicates?
Only fully identical rows after the agreed normalization are removed, and only with your permission. Conflicting records sharing an ID are flagged, not arbitrarily merged.
Can you handle formulas or macros?
They are outside this basic service. Please provide a plain-data copy after confirming it is appropriate for your needs.
Do you use AI?
AI may assist with scripting and synthetic examples. Source data is processed locally and is not uploaded to an AI service without explicit authorization. Please state any no-AI requirement before ordering so we can confirm compatibility.
What counts as a revision?
One revision within the agreed scope is included. Corrections to my own processing errors will be addressed. New fields, new processing logic or additional files require a scope review.
Are the portfolio examples real customer jobs?
No. They are labeled demonstrations using synthetic data.
