I will build n8n automation workflows and ai agents
JanaX
About this gig
Tired of exporting data, copying between systems, and building reports by hand? I'll automate it with n8n and AI.
I'm an automation and infrastructure engineer who has built n8n workflows in production for a 16-branch company, connecting ERPNext, an HR system, and Google Gemini to deliver daily sales, inventory, and HR insights automatically.
What I can build for you:
- n8n workflows connecting your apps, APIs, and databases
- AI agents that answer questions from your live business data
- Automated reports and alerts by email, Slack, or Telegram
- ERP, CRM, and HR integrations (ERPNext, HubSpot, Google Sheets, and more)
- AI analysis with OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude
- Webhooks and custom JavaScript logic inside n8n
- Self-hosted n8n setup on your own server with Docker and SSL
Why work with me:
- Real production experience, not just tutorials
- Clean, documented workflows you fully own
- Clear communication in English or Arabic
Not sure what can be automated? Message me with your process and I'll suggest the best workflow for free.

FAQ
Do I need a paid n8n plan?
No. I can use your n8n Cloud account or self-host n8n on your own server, which has no workflow limits. I'll recommend what fits your budget.
Who pays for AI API usage?
AI usage (OpenAI, Gemini) is billed to your own API account, so you keep full control of costs. I'll help you set it up and keep usage efficient.
Can you connect my custom system or ERP?
Yes, if it has an API, a database, or webhooks. I've integrated ERPNext and HR systems in production. Message me with your system name first.
Will I be able to edit the workflow later?
Yes. You get the full workflow in your n8n account with notes on each step, plus a short guide on how it works.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Credentials stay inside your n8n account, I use read-only access wherever possible, and nothing is stored outside your systems.
