Zapier runs fixed if-this-then-that. An agent decides what to do — reads context, picks tools, handles edge cases. Replaces $150-200/mo Zapier+Make stacks.
What's the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium?
Basic: one agent, 2 apps, up to 5 nodes - roughly a 5 step job you do by hand today. Standard: multi step agent, 5 apps, up to 12 nodes, memory and webhooks. Premium: up to 20 nodes, sub workflows, CRM sync, error alerts, 30 days of bug fixes.
What can it actually do?

Claude vs GPT vs open-source?

Do I need n8n hosting?
Yes — you'll need either an n8n Cloud account (~$20/mo, your subscription) or a $5/mo VPS to self-host free. I walk you through setup and configure everything on your account. You bring the API keys; I never store them.
How is this different from a chatbot?

What happens when it breaks?
14 days of bug fixes are included, 30 days on Premium. After that APIs change and agents drift, so I offer a monthly retainer covering fixes and new workflows. Message me and I will quote it.
What happens if it stops working after delivery?
Most breaks come from your side. An API key expiring, a form field renaming. The one page runbook tells you what each node does and what to check first, so most fixes take five minutes. Want me to handle it? The 30 day support extra covers fixes for a month. I do not host or maintain your n8n.
Do I need any technical skills to use this?
No. You log in to n8n and click Import. That is the whole requirement. I deliver a Loom walkthrough explaining every node in plain English, so you can change a message or add a field yourself later. No n8n yet? Tell me and I will point you at the right setup.
Can I see one working before I order?
Yes. Message me the task you want automated. I will send a short Loom of a working agent doing something close to it, plus how I would build yours. Costs you nothing, takes me about a day. If it is not right for you, no follow up from me.
