What's the difference between a traditional chatbot and a RAG chatbot?
Traditional bots answer from scripted flows or generic LLM knowledge and hallucinate on your specifics. RAG retrieves from YOUR docs before answering — cites real facts about your business.
What's the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium?
Basic = 1 data source, ~50 pages, chat widget. Standard = 3 sources, 500 pages, source citations, chat memory. Premium = unlimited sources, CRM handoff, 14-day tuning.
What data can you train it on?
Website URLs, PDFs, Notion, Google Drive, Confluence, help-desk exports, product catalogs, transcripts. If it has text, I can ingest it.
Which LLM do you use and who pays the API cost?
Claude or GPT-4o-mini by default — you choose. You bring the API key. Usage runs ~$5-30/mo for most sites vs $150-200/mo Zapier bills.
Will it hallucinate?
No. It's constrained to your sources and returns "I don't know, contact support" when confidence is low. Every answer ships with citation links.
Where does it live?
Embed script on any website platform (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, custom). WhatsApp, Slack, or Discord deployment available on request.
What if my content changes later?
Manual re-index included for 14 days after delivery. After that, add monthly re-index service or DIY with the script I provide.
What happens if it stops working?
Message me and I will diagnose it. Bug fixes on the original build are covered during the revision period. Ongoing maintenance is not included in any package but is available as an extra.
Do I need any technical skills?
No. You add one script tag to your site, or I walk you through it on the handover video. You will need your own OpenAI or Anthropic account and a vector database account, and I show you exactly how to set both up.
Can I see one working before I order?
Yes. Send me your website and I will show you a working example so you can judge the answer quality yourself before spending anything.
