About this Gig

Looking for a 100% judgment-free beta reader who lives for morally grey characters, high angst, gothic vibes, and intense chemistry?

If you write Dark Romance, MM Romance, Gothic Fantasy, or Romantasy, a general beta reader won't understand your tropes. I read extensively in these genres and know exactly what makes readers swoon, ache, and stay up until 3 AM turning pages.

My Favorite Comps & Vibes:

  • Dark & MM Romance: God of Fury, Kiss the Villain (obsessed with intense rivalry, enemies-to-lovers, possessive/unhinged MCs, versatile dynamics, and explicit spice!)
  • Gothic, Mythic & Dark Romantasy: Alchemised, The Song of Achilles, Empire of the Vampire

What You Will Get:

  • Live In-Line Margin Reactions (Word / Google Docs): Real-time emotional reactions, screaming over banter/tension, and flags if any pacing or character motivation feels off.
  • Detailed Reader Report (PDF): Covering your opening hook, chemistry & banter check, emotional angst, spice/trope execution, and overall binge-ability.

Not ready to commit to a full book? Try my $5 First Chapters trial (up to 5,000 words) to see how we vibe! Please message me with your blurb before ordering.
