No. Those charges are separate from my service price. I’ll confirm them in a Fiverr offer before submitting the filing.
3. Will the state approve my LLC or issue my EIN within the delivery time?
The delivery time covers my preparation and submission. State and IRS processing times are set by the agencies and can vary.
4. What do you need to prepare the operating agreement?
I need the members’ agreed ownership percentages, contributions, management choice, and other terms they want reflected. The Premium package covers up to two members.
5. Can you handle more than two members or more than one state?
Those situations need a custom scope. Message me with the state and number of members before ordering so I can confirm the package.
