Do I need Notion experience to use what you build?
No. I design every workspace to be intuitive and easy to use, even for first-time Notion users. I include thorough documentation and video walkthroughs so you'll understand how everything works. I'm also available to answer questions after delivery.
Can you integrate Notion with other tools I'm already using?
Absolutely. I can connect Notion with Zapier, Make (Integromat), Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Gmail, and many other tools depending on your needs. This is included in Standard and Premium packages, or available as an add-on for Basic.
What if I need changes after you finish?
Each package includes revision rounds (1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, 4 for Premium). If you need changes after that, I offer follow-up customization services at an hourly rate or as a new order.
How long does a workspace take to build?
Basic takes 2 days, Standard takes 3–5 days, Premium takes 5–7 days. Complex builds with heavy integration might take longer. I'll confirm the timeline when we discuss your project.
What information do you need from me to get started?
A brief description of what you want to accomplish, what tools you currently use, and your workflow. A 15-minute discovery call is ideal, but I can also work asynchronously if that's easier for you.
Can you build a CRM or project management system?
Yes, those are two of my specialties. I've built custom CRMs for sales teams, lead tracking for agencies, and project management systems for creative teams. I can design one specifically for your industry and workflow.
