What happens if I want changes to the design?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (e.g., tweaking colors or moving elements). However, requesting a completely new concept after the initial design is presented is not considered a revision and will require a new order.
Do you provide the physical rug or just the digital design?
I provide the high-resolution, production-ready digital files (PSD/JPG) for the design. You will need to take these files to your own manufacturer or print shop to have the physical rug produced.
