If you have an old email list of clients, purchased or scraped, you're not sure which ones are actually valid and want to mail them out. Then you need to Scrub & Verify them to be safe before you mail them out.
How does it work?
Your emails get thoroughly scrubbed by comparing them to our suppression lists of known bad emails you do NOT want to mail to.
We then take the cleaned Scrubbed emails & we Verify every single email address (Identify Hard Bounces).
Your final report includes every Scrubbed and Verify result, if they are Valid, Invalid or unknown.
Do you have multiple lists?
We will NOW accept upto 5 Lists maximum per order -
Must be CSV or TXT - QTY of emails uploaded cant exceed gig total.
I will identify all of the following emails during the Scrub:
* Duplicates
* Syntax Error
* Honey Pot / Spam Traps
* Unknown Emails
* DNE (Do Not Email) Emails
* Dead Server Emails
* Invalid Domains

How many emails can you clean?
I can clean as many emails as you need cleaned. I've had bulk email customers with 12m emails at times, so any quantity is fine with me, might just need a bit more time to do a massive list.Of course, I can provide you sample before placing an order.
I have a different quantity of emails to clean compared to your offers, how do i order ?
I've made it easy, each of the 3 offers are a maximum amount, os if you have 22k emails, then you simply order the 25k gig. But if you have 29k emails then you buy the 25k gig and one extra gig of up to 5k emails giving you a total of upto 30k emails. Just use the extra 5k gig to top up any qty.
I have multiple lists i need cleaned, Do you Combine them or clean them individually ?
Good Question: Each gig purchase is for One Final list delivered. So if you send me 3 lists totaling 25k, then they will be combined into one list and cleaned. NOTE, all email columns must line up. If you need all 3 to be cleaned separately, then you need to order one gig per list.
Do you verify E-mail list before sending me?
Yes, of course, I will verify by some premium tools and will give you quality leads.
Do you provide free revision?
Of course, I will provide unlimited free revision for any customer.
Do you accept XLSX files with Tabs?
Unfortunately no, our software can only work with CSV ( lists with emails or emails and other columns of data) or TXT files ( emails only). Tabs in XLSX or XLS files will not be recognized, we need ONE list of emails to clean, so if you have multiple lists, then send them zipped up as CSV files.
Do you clean up the Excel list as well?
Yes, of course, I can clean up the Excel list as well.
