What information do I need to provide at the start?
You need to offer site measurements, land/house photos, your usage demands, preferred style and budget range. Any ideas or reference pictures you like are also helpful.
How long does a full custom design project take?
It usually takes 3–15 working days, depending on project scale. Small homes finish faster; large offices or villas need more time for repeated adjustments.
Can you redesign my existing flawed house layout?
Absolutely. Fixing poor layouts and optimizing space function is one of my core strengths with over 20 years of architectural experience.
Do you design both residential houses and commercial offices?
Sure, I serve homes, offices, stores and leisure venues, covering indoor and exterior space design for all types.
Will the design adjust to my actual land/house size?
All designs are fully tailored to your real site conditions, dimensions and personal requirements, no generic templates.
Can I make changes during the design process?
Minor adjustments are free within the design cycle. If you need large-scale structural or layout changes, we will confirm extra charges in advance.
What kind of design changes are not allowed?
Changes that violate local building codes, safety standards and construction regulations cannot be approved. Also, completely overturning the confirmed overall layout and style at the late design stage will not be treated as free revisions, and repeated unlimited major redesign requests are unaccept
