How do you get access to my Shopify store?
Through Shopify's official Collaborator Access system — go to Settings → Users → Add Collaborator and enter my email. This is safe, does not require sharing your password, and you can remove my access instantly after delivery.
Can you upload products directly from AliExpress or DSers?
Yes. Share the product URLs or export list from your supplier platform, and I will handle the full import, formatting, and listing in your Shopify store — including variants, images, descriptions, and pricing.
Do you write the product descriptions or copy from the supplier?
The Growth and Bulk Pro packages include properly formatted, edited descriptions. If you want fully original SEO-optimised descriptions written from scratch, add the Original Product Descriptions extra. Basic uses supplier content with clean formatting and light editing.
Can you handle CSV bulk uploads for large catalogues?
Yes. For 100+ products, the Bulk Pro package uses Shopify's CSV bulk import method — faster, more consistent, and error-checked before uploading. I format and validate the file first to avoid import errors.
Do you set up product variants like size, colour, and material?
Yes — all packages include full variant setup, including option names, values, pricing per variant, stock quantities, and SKUs. Every variation is listed cleanly and correctly.
Can you migrate products from another platform to Shopify?
Yes. If you are moving from WooCommerce, Etsy, Amazon, or eBay, export your product list from that platform and I will reformat and upload everything into Shopify. Share your export file before ordering and I will confirm compatibility.
Do you add SEO meta titles and descriptions?
Yes — the Growth and Bulk Pro packages include SEO meta title and meta description for every product. This helps your products appear in Google search results when buyers search for what you sell.
How long does it take to list 100 products?
With complete product information provided: 5–7 days, including images, descriptions, and SEO fields. If images need downloading or descriptions need writing, add 1–2 days. Message me with your product count for an accurate timeline before ordering.
Can I order recurring monthly product uploads?
Yes. Many store owners send new products weekly or monthly. Message me for a custom recurring offer — it is more cost-efficient than individual orders and includes priority handling for returning clients.
What if I am not happy with the listing quality?
I offer revisions on every package. If a product listing does not meet your standards, message me with specific feedback, and I will correct it immediately. My goal is for you to be confident before you mark the order complete.
