What information do you need to provide to get started on a project?
Kindly provide the following: Floorplan layout with dimensions (or sketch); Images of the space's current state (interior); Images of some design inspiration on how you'd like your space to turn out
What 3D/CAD software do you use?
I utilize a wide variety of software: Such as Sketchup, AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom
How long does a project take?
Typically, on average each project can take to about 7-12 days for the initial delivery.
Can you do an expedited delivery?
Yes of course! but this can depend on the overall size and complexity required for the project. Feel free to contact me, so that we may further discuss.
Do you have a portfolio?
Yes! You may freely browse my profile to see a variety of all of my previous works.
What format are the 3D Renders and resolution quality?
I can provide different image formats of the 3D renders, such as .jpg, png, pdf- at 2560 × 1440 (2k resolution)
Can you provide a 3D walkthrough?
Yes, I am able to produce a 3D Rendered Walkthrough of your space. This service is an extra, and the budget of the project shall be adjusted accordingly.
Can we connect via ZOOM?
Of course! It would be best that we can get an opportunity to have a meeting in order for us to further discuss on what is required of the project.
How many revisions is included?
Each project I include around 2-3 minor revisions, this pertains small changes such as; furniture replacement, wall color/texture change, updating the layout. But, if it is an complete overhaul of the design, then there would be a need for a requote of the project on-hand.
Does the price vary depending on the overall size, intricacy, space requirements?
Yes it does!- Since each space is unique and tailored to what you wish to achieve. Every project would have a corresponding budget accordingly. Feel free to contact me, in order for us to further discuss. :)
