About this gig
Good day everyone! I'm a professional architect from Philippines. I am skilled in making professional 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D SketchUp modeling from your own sketches, pictures or renovation from old plans. Architectural design of your house from floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, sections and details.
The Gig Prices are set for a package drawings with each sets composed of 2 floor plans, 4 elevations, 2 sections assuming that it will a two-storey building. The gigs package varies on the floor area of the building. For the additional drawing requirements not included on the set package, additional fee will be charge varying on which package the buyer will choose. Also, additional fee will be charge for additional floor area.

Note: Additional charge of $5 per 250 sq.ft. for floor area that will exceed the maximum allotment per package.
