How this service works:
Step 1: "Contact Me" for your reservation request(s) with the details: restaurant name(s) and number of guests
Step 2: Once necessary info is provided and you have agreed the terms of this service, I will make your reservation(s)
Step 3: After your reservation(s) is secured, I will send an offer of the reservation fee

*Cancellation and no-show
Please contact me as soon as possible If you need to cancel your reservation. If the restaurant charge a cancellation fee and you cancel your reservation after the cancellation deadline, you must cover all the cancellation fees incurred. No-show is unacceptable (check FAQs below for more information).

FAQ
Do you have experience in making restaurant reservations?
Yes, I have made more than 300 reservations in the previous jobs(as an hotel and credit card corp concierge), including Michelin-starred restaurants and famous restaurants that are hard to get reservations at.
Can you make reservations at any restaurants?
No, there are restaurants that do not accept third party reservations. Please ask me if the restaurant(s) you want to visit accepts a third party reservations
Do restaurants in Japan often have cancellation policies?
Yes, in fact, many restaurants have experienced no-shows from tourists and are getting cautious. Therefore, I need you to agree with possible cancellation fees and the coverage before making reservations. Showing that we can cover the fees to restaurants is important for successful reservations
What should I do if I need to cancel my reservation(s)?
Please contact me asap. In Japan, if you cannot make it on time or you need to cancel it, we let the restaurant know. It's a common sense here! I charge the same amount of reservation fee for your cancellation unless the cancellation is inevitable(Force Majeure).
How do I cover a cancellation fee if I cancel my reservation after the cancellation deadline?
All payments must be made on Fiverr. If the restaurant charges the cancellation fee, you will need to cover several fees: the cancellation fee + 20% of the Fiver's selling fee + 10USD for my work(Communication with the restaurant & transfer)
What happens if I do not show up to my reservation without notice
I will charge you 60USD per person on Fiverr since I will not be able to make reservations at the restaurant

Hisa took time to clarify my requests and ensured what I was requesting was accurate before making my reservations. Everything worked out great, we had an excellent experience at all three establishments that we requested with no issues. Hisa also double checked with me before my reservations to ensure no changes were needed.
