Does the Basic package include a fix?
No. Basic covers investigation of one issue and a written diagnosis with a repair plan. Code changes are included only in an agreed Standard, Premium or custom order.
What do you need to get started?
Send the app link, expected and actual behavior, reproduction steps and redacted errors. After scope is agreed, provide suitable collaborator access. Do not paste passwords, API keys or private customer data into the order form.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects or clarifies the agreed deliverable against our acceptance checks. New features, unrelated bugs or a changed scope require a separate agreement.
Can you build a new app or fix every issue?
This Gig covers scoped work on an existing Replit app. New builds, major rewrites and broader feature work need a custom quote after review. Standard covers one agreed issue; Premium covers up to three agreed launch blockers.
Are hosting and third-party costs included?
No. Replit subscriptions, API usage, domains and other third-party costs remain your responsibility. Account permissions, billing problems or provider outages may require action from you or the provider.
