About this gig
Turn every Gravity Forms entry into a branded PDF: quotes, invoices, applications, reports, certificates or agreements with signatures.
I code custom templates in HTML, CSS and PHP, so the layout matches your brand or your existing paperwork.

IMPORTANT: this is not an Adobe Acrobat fillable service. I do not build documents people type into. Your visitors complete a web form and the file is generated from their answers.
Licences: you need Gravity Forms (any tier) in your own name; Gravity PDF core is free.
Signatures need the Elite licence. Bulk export, previews and watermarks are paid add-ons.
NOT INCLUDED: building the form itself (see my other gig), fillable Acrobat files, filling existing government documents, licences or hosting fixes.

FAQ
Is this a fillable PDF service?
No. I do not make Adobe Acrobat fillable (AcroForm) PDFs. Visitors fill in a Gravity Forms web form on your site and the PDF is generated automatically from their answers. If you need a PDF people type into, this gig is not the right fit.
Which plugins do I need?
Gravity Forms (any licence) in your name, plus the free Gravity PDF plugin. Gravity PDF premium add-ons such as Bulk Generator, Previewer or Watermark are optional and also bought in your name.
Can it look exactly like my current document?
Very close. Templates are HTML and CSS rendered to PDF, so most layouts can be recreated. If an effect from print-design software can't be reproduced, I tell you before starting.
Can the PDF be emailed automatically?
Yes. The PDF can be attached to any Gravity Forms notification, for example one email to you and one to your customer.
Can admins and clients get different PDFs?
Yes. A form can have several PDFs, and each can be attached to different notifications.
Can I download all entries as PDFs at once?
Yes, with the paid Gravity PDF Bulk Generator add-on. It exports selected entries as a zip file or one merged PDF.
Can the PDF include signatures?
Yes, if your form uses the Gravity Forms Signature add-on (Elite licence). The signature appears in the PDF. I don't advise on whether a document is legally binding.
Where are the PDFs created?
On your own web server. Gravity PDF doesn't send your form data to a third-party service.
Can you auto-fill an existing government or bank PDF?
No. Filling existing PDF documents isn't part of the free Gravity PDF edition and is outside this gig.
Do you need my WordPress login?
Yes, a temporary Administrator user. Templates install through the PDF Template Manager in your dashboard, so file or FTP access is rarely needed.
