What equipment do you use?
I film using either the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Audio is captured with the DJI Mic 2 for clear, professional sound. I also edit all videos in CapCut.
What is your revision policy?
Once I shoot your video, I will only do a free reshoot if I made an error. If you want changes to script or any aspect of the video footage, there will be a fee of 50% of original charge. I do not make free changes based on personal opinion or taste. Please review my samples to see my style.
Can you use/hold my product? How can I send it? Will you return it?
Once we've agreed on price, I will tell you how you can send me your product. We will then start the order once I have received it. PLEASE: do not start an order if I am still waiting to receive the product! I can return it to you, provided you send me a postage paid label in the original package.
Does this include scriptwriting?
The packages do not include script writing. Ask me about adding it on for a fee.
Will you memorize my script?
I don’t memorize scripts word-for-word. I use a teleprompter for guidance, but my best work comes from using the script as a flexible framework to keep the content authentic and relatable. This approach helps create videos that feel real and engaging, not overly rehearsed.
