FAQ
What exactly do you handle for an agency?
I handle day-to-day agency operations such as task management, team coordination, client coordination, project follow-ups, SOPs, documentation and workflow management.
Do you work with our existing team?
Yes. I work with your existing designers, developers, editors, account managers and other team members rather than replacing your entire team.
Can you take over client coordination?
Yes. I can handle client follow-ups, updates, task coordination and communication based on the responsibilities we agree on.
Can you build and improve our SOPs?
Yes. I can document your existing processes and create clearer SOPs and workflows where needed.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Yes. I can work with the tools your agency already uses, including project management, communication, documentation and AI tools.
Is this a long-term service?
Yes. The service is designed for ongoing operational support rather than a one-time project.
Will I still need to manage my team?
You will still make the key business decisions, but I take responsibility for the operational coordination and follow-ups within the agreed scope.
How does the $1,200/month service work?
We first understand your agency, clients, team and current workflow. Then I take responsibility for the agreed operational areas and manage them on an ongoing basis.
