I received the sample and it was exactly as I required, so I approved it. However, Jasmine used a different methodology for the rest of the cards. In summary, only 1% of my order was correct, while the rest did not meet the requirements, which is why I have given a low rating.

Good final result, but the long delivery time is the only reason for the lower rating. If she spent more time evaluating the brief to create accurate timelines, it would have been 4 star,s as overall the project was delayed and not up to the original brief. It was a large project, she was very responsive and easy to work with. I would still recommend!
