Yes. If your text sounds unnatural or contains mistakes, I can proofread or improve it before recording. For that please add the 'Script Proofreading' option. You can ask beforehands if its needed.
What audio format will I receive?
Every order includes high-quality WAV and MP3 files, ready to use with your phone system. In 44100 Hz and 8000 Hz.
Can you pronounce company names correctly?
Absolutely. If your company name or technical terms require a specific pronunciation, simply include a note or an audio example.
Can I order multiple greetings?
Yes. If you need several greetings or a complete IVR system, simply increase the word count, select the appropriate extras, or contact me for a custom offer.
Do you record in English?
German is my native language and the primary language offered in this Gig. English projects are available upon request.
