Can you write the script?
Yes! Scriptwriting is included in all packages. I can create a natural, brand-specific script based on your product, key messages and target audience. You're also welcome to provide your own script or talking points.
Do you offer multiple hooks?
Yes. My Standard and Premium packages include multiple hook options for creative testing. Additional hooks can also be added as a Gig Extra.
Can I send products?
Absolutely. I'm based in Australia and can receive physical products for filming. Please message me before ordering so we can confirm the product, shipping and timeline. Filming can begin once your product has arrived.
What does a revision include?
Revisions cover reasonable editing changes to the agreed brief, such as text, captions or clip adjustments. A new concept, changed script/brief after filming, or a full reshoot may require an additional fee.
Can your children or pet appear in my video?
Depending on the product and brief, my children and/or pet may be available to feature in suitable content. Please message me before ordering if their participation is required so I can confirm availability and suitability.
Do I receive the raw footage?
Edited videos are included as standard. Usable raw footage captured for your project can be added as a Gig Extra. Please let me know if you require specific raw clips before filming.
