Do I need to give you access to my n8n instance?
Yes, for fixes I'll need workflow export/access (self-hosted, n8n.cloud, or Docker) to diagnose the actual error rather than guess from a screenshot.
What's the difference between an "agent" and a regular workflow?
A workflow follows fixed steps; an AI agent makes decisions using an LLM mid workflow e.g., deciding how to respond, which tool to call, or how to categorize incoming data.
What is MCP server, and do I need one?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets AI agents call external tools/data sources in a standardized way. You need it if your agent has to interact with multiple tools reliably I'll tell you honestly if your use case doesn't require it yet.
Can you fix a workflow built by someone else?
Yes most of my fix orders are inherited workflows, not ones I originally built.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Basic and Standard include the stated revisions; Premium includes 1 round of post-delivery support for issues arising after go-live.
