Does this include email migration?
No, email inbox migration is not included by default. DNS records for email can be reviewed as part of the website/domain setup, but moving email accounts or mail history requires separate scope.
Will there be downtime?
The goal is to keep downtime as low as possible, but DNS and hosting changes can involve propagation time or provider delays. I will explain the expected timing and what changes are being made.
