Can you reverse engineer a PCB using only high-resolution photos?
Yes, 2-layer PCBs, high-resolution, well-lit photos of the top and bottom sides are often enough. For complex or multi-layer boards (4+ layers), shipping the physical sample to me for manual trace tracing and component desoldering may be required for 100% accuracy.
What if some IC component part numbers on the original board are scrubbed off or obsolete?
I specialize in component identification by analyzing circuit functionality, pinout configurations, and power tracks. If a component is obsolete, I will identify and integrate modern, fully pin compatible replacement parts into the new design.
What manufacturing files will I receive?
You will receive full production ready manufacturing packages: Gerber files (RS 274X), NC Drill files, Pick and Place (CPL) files for automated SMT assembly, a complete Bill of Materials (BOM), and 2D/3D board models.
