FAQ
Do you guarantee my emails will land in the inbox?
No. Gmail, Outlook and other providers control their own filtering. I can identify and fix technical deliverability issues, but nobody can guarantee inbox placement.
What access will you need?
This depends on the issue. I may need access to your DNS provider, email admin account or sending platform. I will only request access that is necessary for the agreed work.
Can you fix SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages can include configuration or correction of SPF, DKIM and DMARC where required.
Which email platforms do you support?
I can troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Google Workspace, Gmail and many third-party sending platforms including Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp and Brevo
Can you help if SPF, DKIM and DMARC already pass?
Yes. Authentication is only part of email deliverability. I can also investigate alignment, DNS, sender reputation, email headers, sending platforms and other possible causes.
Can you investigate emails going to Outlook spam but Gmail works correctly?
Yes. Provider-specific delivery problems are included within the appropriate package and can require deeper investigation than a basic DNS check.
Do you work with cold email or outreach platforms?
Yes, I can troubleshoot the technical deliverability setup for legitimate outreach systems. I do not provide prospect lists, campaign management or guarantee campaign results.
What if I have multiple domains or mailboxes?
Please contact me before ordering. Multi-domain, multi-mailbox or complex setups will normally require the Premium package or a custom offer.
