Do I have to install python to run the code?
I will provide a windows exe file unless another platform is requested. This means you will not need to download python in order to run the program.
Is source code include?
Maybe. :) As a general rule I provide an executable file that can be run without a python development environment. However, if you need the code, just let me know when we are discussing the gig. It is available as an add-on to the package.
Can a program be setup on a cloud service?
Absolutely! I have a cloud provider that I work directly with for many projects. Their cost is very reasonable and their service is extremely reliable.
