What is included in a finishes takeoff?
A complete quantity takeoff of drywall, flooring, painting, and ceiling finishes — measured from your plans with exact square footages and linear footages, organized by area and finish type, plus annotated markup plans showing everything measured
What file formats do you accept?
PDF is preferred. I can also work with DWG, DXF, and clear images (PNG/JPG). A clean scan or photo of paper drawings works too.
How fast is delivery?
Basic (up to 2,000 SF): 2 days. Standard (up to 3,000 SF): 4 days. Premium (up to 5,000 SF): 6 days.
How do I get started?
