FAQ
Will you need access to my passwords or sensitive data?
I only need admin access to your router/firewall to review configurations. I don't access business data, customer records, or personal files — strictly network infrastructure.
Will the audit cause any downtime or disrupt my business?
No. The assessment is non-invasive. I review configurations and scan for vulnerabilities without making changes to your live network. Zero downtime.
I don't know much about my network setup. Can you still help?
Absolutely. The discovery phase maps out your entire network first. I'll explain what you have before diving into the security assessment.
What do I do with the report after I receive it?
Each finding is prioritized with a plain-language fix. Handle them yourself, hire someone, or add the remediation add-on and I'll fix the critical items for you.
How is this different from running a free antivirus scan?
Antivirus checks individual devices for malware. A security audit examines your entire network — firewall rules, open ports, access controls, and device configurations.
