FAQ
How does the remote session work?
You download a free tool (TeamViewer or AnyDesk), share a one-time code with me, and I connect to your screen. You can watch everything I do in real time.
What if you can't fix my issue?
I'll tell you exactly what the problem is, why it couldn't be fixed remotely, and what your next steps should be. No runaround.
Is it safe to give you remote access to my computer?
Yes. The session is encrypted, you see everything on screen, and you can disconnect anytime. I only access what's needed to resolve your issue.
Can you help with business computers or just personal?
Both. Just note in the requirements if it's a business device, since some corporate environments have restrictions that may limit remote access.
What if the same issue comes back?
If the same issue recurs within 7 days, message me and I'll take another look at no charge. For longer coverage, check out the Ongoing Support add-on.
