I will execute print ready packaging layouts and mechanical artwork

About this gig
Stop losing money on printing errors and rejected proofs.
Getting a beautiful design is only half the battle. If your files aren't properly prepared for the printer, you risk costly delays and misprints.
With a decade of professional experience in visual merchandising and graphic production for prestige global brands and major big-box retailers, I specialize in the unglamorous but critical final step: making your artwork flawless for production.
Whether you need a simple typography adjustment, a 2-color spot printing setup, or a massive multi-SKU rollout mapped perfectly to complex dielines, I ensure your files are structurally sound and printer-ready.
What I do:
- Precise mechanical artwork execution
- Dieline mapping and layout adjustments
- Pre-press quality control (bleed, trim, safe zones)
- Swatch overrides and strict color-matching (CMYK & Pantone)
- High-volume asset rollouts
Software Expertise: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
I treat every file with the same strict quality control required by top-tier retail accounts. Let's get your packaging ready for the shelf. Send me a message to discuss your specific dielines and project scope!

FAQ
What do I need to provide to get started?
To begin, I will need your finalized creative artwork/concept (preferably in Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop format), the official dieline/template provided by your printer or manufacturer, and any specific printer requirements (such as bleed dimensions or spot color callouts).
Do you design the packaging concept from scratch?
This gig is specifically focused on mechanical execution and pre-press production rather than from-scratch conceptual branding. You bring the core design or artwork, and I will execute the precise layout, dieline mapping, and quality control to ensure it is 100% structurally sound and print-ready.
Can you match my specific brand colors?
Absolutely. I can work with both CMYK builds and Pantone (spot color) systems to ensure your brand colors are mapped correctly for the press. Please provide your brand guidelines or specific Pantone codes when submitting your requirements.
Will I receive the working source files?
Yes! All of my packages include the fully packaged source file (Illustrator or InDesign with linked assets and fonts) along with the final, high-resolution print-ready PDF that you can hand directly to your manufacturer.
What happens if my manufacturer changes the dieline dimensions after you start?
f the structural dieline or physical dimensions change after I have begun the mechanical layout, this is considered a change in project scope rather than a standard revision. A custom extra will be required to re-map the artwork to the new dimensions.
The "Font and Asset Licensing" Boundary
I do not purchase or supply commercial font licenses or stock imagery. If your artwork uses premium fonts, you must provide the font files or outline all text before sending the source file. If text needs to remain editable, please provide the necessary font packages.
What does a "revision" include?
A revision includes minor adjustments to the existing layout, such as swapping out a barcode, overriding a color swatch, or adjusting a text block. It does not include creating a completely new design concept or re-doing the layout for a different product size.
Can I send my artwork as a JPEG or PNG?
No. For commercial print-ready mechanical production, I strictly require layered, editable vector files (.AI, .EPS, or editable .PDF) or high-resolution packaged InDesign files (.INDD). Flattened, web-resolution images like PNGs or JPEGs cannot be used to build professional print mechanicals.
Can I send a draft of my design for you to start on?
Please only submit 100% final, internally approved artwork. Any creative or conceptual changes to your core artwork after the mechanical routing and layout process has begun will require a custom extra.
What if my artwork files are too large for Fiverr's uploader?
If your packaged files or linked assets exceed the attachment limit, please provide a secure download link via a cloud drive (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer) and ensure the permissions are set to public/viewable.
