FAQ
What do you need to start working on my project?
Your video file in the highest resolution available, plus notes on what you want removed, masked, or tracked. Reference footage or specific instructions help a lot.
What file formats do you deliver?
MP4, MOV, ProRes, PNG sequences, or clean alpha mattes — tell me your preferred format before delivery.
Can you remove complex backgrounds without a green screen?
Yes — advanced manual rotoscoping separates the subject even from complex scenes with motion blur, hair detail, or overlapping elements.
Do you provide a clean alpha matte for compositing?
Yes — a black-and-white alpha matte you can composite onto any background.
How long does it take to complete my project?
Simple clips in 24-48 hours; complex scenes take longer. Message me with your footage for an exact estimate.
Can you remove objects, wires, or unwanted elements from my video?
Absolutely — wire removal, rig cleanup, and object removal with natural-looking background reconstruction.
Do you offer bulk orders or long-term projects?
Yes — message me for a custom offer with bulk pricing on multiple videos or ongoing work.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
Unlimited revisions until you're 100% happy — your satisfaction is the priority.
How do I place an order?
Click "Order Now" or message me first for a custom quote — I'll guide you through it.
Is my footage kept confidential?
Yes — your footage is never shared or reused without your permission.
