I will teach private online iyengar yoga for intermediate level

Have you heard about Iyengar yoga?

It is not a new type of yoga. It is named after the yoga master called Bellur Krishnamachar Sundararaja Iyengar (more known as B.K.S. Iyengar), who helped introduce the practice of yoga to a Western world in the 1950's awakening to the notion of an inner life. He was the man who was widely credited with popularising yoga in the West.

For advanced yoga practitioners who are new to the Iyengar Yoga method, you will learn to rediscover the yoga subject through the Iyengar approach.

You will learn:

• The alignment of basic and advanced poses to balance the strength and flexibility of the body and to build awareness in your asana practice
• Usage of props which is unique to Iyengar Yoga
• The purpose and ways of adjustment based on different body conditions
• Yoga principles of the body and its movement
• Introduce to pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation
• Characteristics of the asanas by understanding their Sanskrit names and the meaning behind of the asanas
