FAQ
What do I need to provide to get started?
Please provide the address or Google Maps location link, any specific branding guidelines (colors, fonts, logo), and a list or sketch of the key landmarks/icons you want included.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive high-resolution print- and web-ready files: JPG, PNG, PDF, along with fully editable vector source files (AI, EPS, SVG) depending on your selected package.
Can you match the map design to my brand colors?
Yes! Just send over your color palette, hex codes, or brand style guide, and the map will be styled to fit your brand seamlessly.
How long does it take to complete a map?
Standard turnarounds range from 24 to 48 hours depending on the complexity and detail level of the map. Fast delivery options are also available.
Will the map remain clear if printed on a large banner?
Yes. Because the maps are designed as 100% vector graphics, they can be scaled up to any size without losing resolution or image quality.
Can I request revisions if I need changes?
Absolutely. Revisions are included in the packages to ensure the final design meets your exact requirements.
