What are the site, page and library limits?
Starter/Business/Enterprise include home + 1/3/6 department sites, 5/8/10 total pages and 2/5/10 total libraries. Per library: up to 5/8/10 metadata columns and 2/3/3 views. Counts are total, not per department. Home designation and hub registration need administrator approval.
What do the Power Automate flows include?
Business includes 2 flows; Enterprise includes 4. Each has 1 trigger, up to 8 actions, standard Microsoft 365 connectors and at most 1 approval stage. Premium connectors, custom APIs, desktop automation and complex branching need a separate quote.
What is included for Viva Connections and Copilot?
Business/Enterprise include 1 Viva experience with up to 4/6 standard cards. Enterprise adds 1 internal Copilot pilot, up to 2 SharePoint knowledge sources and 20 test questions. No custom actions. Licensing, policies and permissions must support the design. AI answers need review.
Are migration and content writing included?
No. Content upload means placing your approved text and images on the included pages. Bulk document migration, versions, restructuring and content writing are excluded. Migration is separately assessed by source, volume, metadata, permissions, tooling and cutover; no unlimited migration.
What licenses and access do I need?
You supply eligible Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, Viva and Copilot licenses/capacity as needed. Your administrator approves tenant-level actions and minimum required access. Never send passwords, MFA codes, tokens or secrets through Fiverr messages.
What governance and permissions work is included?
All tiers configure owner/member/visitor access and test representative roles. Business adds ownership, publishing and access-review guidance. Enterprise adds lifecycle and external-sharing recommendations. Tenant-wide remediation, Purview implementation and compliance certification are excluded.
What training, revisions and handoff are included?
Starter/Business/Enterprise include 1/2/3 one-hour training sessions and 2/2/3 revision rounds within agreed scope. Handoff includes a site map and owner guide; higher tiers add access matrices, flow notes and governance guidance. New requirements and ongoing support need a separate agreement.
Can I request custom development or extra services?
Yes. I can scope Power Automate flow troubleshooting, SharePoint approvals and notifications, and Power Apps forms connected to SharePoint lists. Send your current setup, required fields, trigger and desired outcome. These services, premium connectors and custom integrations need a separate quote.
How does this complement your other gigs and examples?
