FAQ
Should I choose an LWR or Aura site?
LWR is faster and Salesforce's recommended direction for new sites, ideal with custom LWC. Aura still suits some ready-made templates and older components. I recommend the right one for your use case before we start.
Do I need Experience Cloud licences?
Logged-in users need Customer Community, Customer Community Plus or Partner Community licences (member or login based). Public pages can use guest access. I help you pick the most cost-effective licence; licences are bought from Salesforce.
Can my team edit the portal after handover?
Yes. Pages are built in Experience Builder and my custom LWCs expose settings admins can change, so text, images, menus and layouts can be edited without code. You get an admin guide.
How do you keep portal data secure?
Least-privilege profiles, sharing sets and sharing rules, locked-down guest user access, CRUD/FLS-safe Apex and a security review before go-live, so users only ever see their own records.
