FAQ
My Meta business verification keeps getting rejected, can you fix it?
Yes. Jay reviews your business assets, identifies what's triggering the rejection (document issues, domain mismatch, policy gaps), and guides you through a corrected submission with the highest approval chances.
What WhatsApp API providers do you work with?
Jay works with Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API and third-party BSPs, including Twilio, Gupshup, and n8n. If you're unsure which fits your setup, message first and Jay will recommend the right one.
Do you guarantee my account will be verified or approved?
Due to Fiverr's policies and Meta's discretionary review process, approval cannot be guaranteed. What Jay does guarantee is a professionally structured, policy-compliant submission that maximizes your approval chances, along with support through the process.
Do you need admin access to my Meta account?
For most setups, Jay guides you step by step so you stay in full control. In cases where direct access is needed to complete configurations, Jay will request only the minimum permissions required, your account security is always the priority.
What if my issue isn't listed in the packages?
Send a message before ordering. Meta business suite problems come in many forms, restricted ad accounts, pixel tracking errors, graph API permissions, WhatsApp chatbot integration, and Jay will confirm whether it's covered and quote accordingly.
