What information do you need to start my pixel art character?
We need a reference image or written description of your character including colors, style, size, personality, and what the character is for — game, avatar, stream, etc. The more detail you share, the more accurate the result.
What pixel art sizes do you work with?
We work with any size from 16x16 up to 256x256 pixels. We recommend 32x32 or 64x64 for most indie game characters. If you are unsure, message us and we will recommend the right size for your game engine.
Will I receive the source file and commercial rights?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages include the source file. Commercial use rights are included in all packages so you can use the artwork freely in your game or project without additional fees.
Can you animate the character after designing it?
Yes. The Standard package includes basic animations and the Premium includes a full animation set. If you only ordered a static character and want to add animations later, we offer affordable upgrades — just message us.
How many revisions do I get?
All packages include up to 2 free revision rounds. We want you to love the result. If the revision goes beyond the original agreed scope, we discuss a small adjustment fee before proceeding.
