What kind of files do I need to provide?
For audio, please provide either WAV or mp3 format. For video, most common video file formats are fine. Please ensure that everything is labeled in a way that makes sense. If you have lots of files, please label them sequentially. If you have multiple camera angles, label them.
Do you reduce background noise?
Yes, I reduce the background noise in your audio. However, please know that if your audio is really bad, the end result may not be perfect. If you're worried about quality, send me a sample of your content first and I will send a short sample.
One of our mics was too quiet; can you fix volume issues?
Yes, I can help with volume issues. The best case scenario is that you provide an audio track dedicated to each voice. If you provide an audio file that has multiple speakers sharing microphones, it becomes much more difficult to match their volume levels effectively.
Do you edit video podcasts ?
Yes, I do! Simply choose the premium package and provide any specific instructions that you'd like to be followed.
What is a Social Media Clip?
Need a clip for Youtube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TIktok, etc.? I can help. Add a social media clip to your order and provide the IN/OUT timecodes, and I'll whip up a social clip you can use to promote your podcast. The fee is per clip.
What is your revision policy?
Each order includes one revision. Additional revisions can be purchased as a gig extra before or during an order. Each additional revision will add 1 day to the delivery time, to allow for the additional edits.
My project is not in English, can you still work on it?
I only speak and understand English fluently. If your project is in another language, it is probably not the best fit since I won't be able to understand the content and edit it to the best of my ability. English language projects only, please.
