What freelancer needs to start work

I need you to supply the copy/text spell checked and exactly how you would like it to read, your company Logo, all images (if you cant, I will need to charge for stock imagery I have to purchase), brand guidelines, but if you cant provide brand guidelines then some examples of other branded work will be fine.
