About this Gig
I will connect to a computer on your home or business network through a secure remote connection tool, then setup and configure port forwarding on one modem or router.
Please have the following information before ordering:
- Name of your Internet Service Provider (i.e. AT&T, Comcast, Spectrum, etc).
- Router IP.
- Router Username/Password.
- Device IP/Port.

How will you connect to my network?
I will connect using a secure remote connection tool.
What if I have multiple devices, modems, or routers?
If you have additional devices, modems, or routers that also require setup and/or configuration, you must purchase the extra gig "Add-On Device", per each additional device.
Where can I find my router IP, username, or password?
Most internet service providers (ISP) list this information on a label, on the modem or router itself. Please keep in mind this is not the information that you use to connect to your WiFi network. If you cannot locate this information, we'd be glad to help you contact your ISP.
What if I cannot locate my router IP, username or password?
In some cases we may be able to locate the router IP for you, but the router username and password are required. Without this required information, we will not be able to complete the gig, and may have to cancel the gig due to insufficient information.
