Do I need to already have a monday.com account?
Yes — you'll need an active monday.com account. I'll need to be invited as a guest or member to build in your workspace. A free trial account is fine for scoping, but you'll need a paid plan for automations and integrations.
Can you migrate data from another tool (e.g. Asana, Trello, spreadsheets)?
Basic data import from CSV or spreadsheet is included in Standard and Premium. For complex migrations from other tools, let me know what you're coming from and I'll advise.
How many automations are included?
Basic includes up to 3 simple automations. Standard includes up to 10. Premium covers unlimited automations as needed for your workflow. All automations are configured within monday.com's automation centre.
Will this work on our existing monday.com plan?
Automations and integrations require a Standard plan or above on monday.com. I'll check your plan before we start and flag anything that needs upgrading.
Can you train our team on how to use it?
A handover walkthrough call is included in Premium. For dedicated team training, this can be arranged as an add-on — message me for a quote.
