I’m ready to order. What do you need to get started?
To begin, I’ll need your domain and hosting login details (if available), your logo, page names, page content, and any references or layout preferences you may have.
Do I need a domain and hosting before ordering?
No. If you don’t have them yet, I can build the website on my server. Once the site is complete, you’ll need to purchase hosting and a domain, and I’ll transfer the website to your hosting at no extra cost.
Do you provide images?
Yes. I can include stock images, and you’re also welcome to provide your own images if you prefer.
Do you provide paid themes or plugin licenses?
No. Any premium themes or plugins must be purchased by the client to ensure future updates and proper licensing.
Do you migrate WordPress websites?
Yes, I offer WordPress website migration between hosting providers.
Will I be able to edit my website myself?
Absolutely. Your website will be fully editable using WordPress. You’ll be able to update text, images, and products easily—no coding skills required.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the package you select, not on the number of active orders. Each package has a clearly defined delivery timeframe.
What about revisions or missing features?
If anything is missing or needs adjustment, please contact me within 15 days of delivery. I’ll be happy to make revisions at no extra cost during this period.
What happens if my hosting causes issues or data loss?
After delivery and transfer, website security, backups, and hosting reliability are the client’s responsibility. I strongly recommend choosing a reliable hosting provider.
