How do I send you my media?
Please reach out and send a message before placing an order. I will provide you my address for receiving media.
What can you upscale?
Pretty much all video sources can benefit from Topaz Labs Video, especially old home media.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, although since I am receiving the media itself, this process is logistically different.
What if my media is too damaged beyond repair?
If your media is severely damaged or low quality where the visual enhancements are not making enough of a difference, I could still digitize the media and modernize the files.
What happens to my physical media after delivery?
With the delivery of your order, you have the the original and enhanced files. You could copy them an unlimited number of times and never lose them which isn't as easy to do with DVDs. I will dispose of the physical media, unless you would like it back, serviced as a gig addon.
