About this gig
I will record and send you more than just your standard drum audio files. These drum tracks come with unlimited possibilities. By using my Roland V-drums and Superior Drummer 3, not only can I give you the limitless options of midi, but I can also give you the actual human element and feeling that doesn't come with your typical robotically programmed drums. Along with a midi file, I will also send your standard microphone channels listed below. Do you like the natural sound of drum microphone bleed? No bleed? Do you love the sound of the drum parts but wish the snare was deeper? NO PROBLEM! You have control! The recordings you hear on my page were all recorded by me using this method! When I’m not on the road, I work from my home studio recording high-quality drum tracks and loops for artists, songwriters, and producers. FAQ
What do you need from me in order to record drum tracks?
At the very least, I need a bounce down of the worktape that was recorded to a click. Typically an acoustic guitar with a scratch vocal. Also, send any notes that you may have! I know many song productions start with solid drums and I would be more than happy to give you that solid foundation!
How will I receive my drum tracks?
I will upload the drum tracks to a dropbox folder and then send you a link to the dropbox folder. I can also send via wetransfer.com if preferred.
I don't use midi. Do I have to use the midi file?
No you do not! The drum files I send are like any other files recorded with a microphones. Including the natural sound of microphone bleed. Unless otherwise specified. They are mixed and ready to go in your song! The midi file is just an added bonus for even more flexibility and options!
